We discovered late Friday that our dog has suffered from chronic renal failure (I hope I got that right).
I would like to know what the odds of a comeback are and I’m interested in taking a holistic approach.
My vet said a change in diet wasn’t necessary. I disagree.

Yes, a change in diet can help but it won’t solve all of the problems.
I know there has been a product that has helped with Renal failure. It helps to normalize the creatinine levels. You may want to check out Kidney Rejuvenator by Amber Technology.
I hope your dog gets better soon.
