My box turtle’s nails are really long, and I don’t want to cut them because I don’t think I should. What should I do? Also what’s a good tank setup for a box turtle?
Thank you.

Torts and turts, normally have long nails. For the most part, they never need trimming. I use a piece of slate and put flat size rocks in habitat to help keep their nails wore down. Care in captivity should mimic its natural habitat as much as possible.
