I am looking for a good vet. Just because they are licensed dose not mean they are good.
That is obvious by some of the vets listed.
How do I tell the difference?

Hi Teresha,
This is true! Unfortunately, we don’t have any way of evaluating how good a vet is either – and you should take your own steps when you do evaluate. Our suggestion is to do research on any vet that you are considering to see what you can find online, then give their office a call and see about coming in for a face-to-face meeting. You’ll be able to have a better feel for the doctor and the office when you do so.
Sincerely,

Hi Theresa
Find out how long their appointments are scheduled for. Some practices will give 8-10 minute appointments. These feel rather rushed – what’s the problem? here’s the shot, +/- tablets; come back tomorrow / if it doesn’t get better. Our philosophy is that each appointment is scheduled for 15 minutes. This gives you the opportunity to voice all your concerns, and us the chance to consider the things that are not the blindingly obvious.
