Is there a way to treat dogs for bladder stones without surgery?

If surgery is my only option, is there a diet I can put her on so that she no longer gets stones?

Bichon surgery for bladder stones. Lost control of bladder. Help!

My Bichon just had surgery last week for Bladder stones. He has no control of his bladder since the surgery. Will this improve?
