I have a rat probably six months or a little younger that has a pretty bad weeze and cough. She is eating and drinking fine and isn’t acting weird, but the cough sounds really bad. Is there anything I can give her?

You need to get this rat to the vet. It sounds as if she has a respiratory infection, and that can only be treated with antibiotics. There is nothing that can be done without antibiotics. Infections must be treated with antibiotics, and only a vet can prescribe them. You really need to get the rats to a vet. It is probably less money than you think it will be. I typically pay about $50 to treat respiratory infections, and other simple illnesses.
Goodluck
I am sorry I have not had good experience handling this
