An article by Dr. Sherri Tenpenny “respected as one of the country’s most knowledgeable and outspoken physicians …” <\/span> that appeared recently in the Huffington Post with this intriguing title: “Vaccines: Veterinarians Are Better Than Human Doctors<\/a>“.<\/span>
\nYes it caught my attention and yes I did read it immediately.\u00a0 It poses an interesting argument on how a veterinarian administers vaccines to animals vs. how a pediatrician administers vaccines to children.<\/p>\n

Here’s an excerpt from the article:<\/p>\n

“Veterinarians and pediatricians have a great deal in common. Both are highly qualified medical professionals with similar years of education. Both often struggle to determine what is wrong with their patients since pets, like little people, cannot communicate what hurts. Their jobs are not easy, but the premise of their work is simple: Support the health of those in their care and abide by the oath: “First, do no harm.” <\/span><\/p>\n

Wellness checkups for babies and pets are often synchronized with routine vaccination schedules……”<\/span><\/p>\n
